An update on the Access Bank CEO’s death, Hebert Wigwe along with that of five other people—including his wife Chizoba and their son—has been released by the US National Transportation Safety Board.

The agency’s spokesman, Peter Knudson, stated that the Airbus Helicopter EC-130 crashed on Friday night close to Baker, a 700-person town located approximately 95 miles southwest of Las Vegas.

He said that at approximately 8:45 p.m., the helicopter took off from Palm Springs Airport and was traveling to Boulder City, Nevada, when it crashed at approximately 10 p.m., according to the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department. The television station was informed by sheriff’s officials that no survivors have been found and that the cause of the crash is unknown.
